  • What is included in a standard clean?

    Our Standard Clean covers dusting all accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, kitchen counters and appliances, bathroom cleaning and sanitizing, emptying trash, and making beds. We bring all supplies and use eco-friendly products.

  • What cleaning products do you use?

    We use non-toxic, environmentally responsible products that are safe for children, pets, and the planet. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, let us know and we'll accommodate them.

  • Can I customize my cleaning?

    Absolutely. You can add specific tasks, prioritize certain rooms, or skip areas you'd prefer we leave alone. Just mention any special requests when booking.

  • Do you clean commercial spaces?

    Yes. We offer cleaning for offices, retail spaces, medical/dental offices, warehouses, and more across North Carolina. Visit our Commercial Cleaning page for details.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve communities across North Carolina including the Charlotte Metro (Ballantyne, South End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Dilworth, Myers Park), Raleigh-Durham and the Triangle (North Hills, Cary, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill, Morrisville), Greensboro-Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad (Downtown Greensboro, Friendly, Kernersville, Clemmons, Lewisville), and Fayetteville (Haymount, Jack Britt, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Eastover).

Pricing

  • How does your pricing work?

    Our pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of clean, and any add-ons. We offer three main tiers: Standard Clean (from $120), Deep Clean (from $220), and Move-In/Out (from $350). Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

    Yes. Clients on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans receive a discount compared to one-time bookings. Ask us about our recurring service pricing.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is processed securely after your clean is complete.

Booking

  • How do I book a cleaning?

    You can book online through our Book Now page, or contact us by email for a custom quote. We'll confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.

  • Do I need to be home during the clean?

    No. Many of our clients provide us access via a code, lockbox, or key.

  • Can I book a same-day cleaning?

    Same-day bookings depend on availability. Contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Trust & Safety

  • Are your cleaners background-checked?

    Every team member undergoes a thorough background check and in-person interview before joining Guardian Maids. We only hire people we'd trust in our own homes.

  • How do you handle pets?

    We love pets! Let us know about any pets in the home and any special instructions. Our cleaners are comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other friendly animals.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any part of your clean doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right, free of charge.

  • What happens if something is damaged?

    Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged during a clean, we'll make it right. Report any issues within 24 hours and we'll cover repair or replacement.
